Documents follow a route, not a walk between offices
Contracts, memos and orders are approved in the portal. Everyone sees who has the document now, what changed in the new version and when it will be signed.
Features
What the module does
Routes by document type
Each document type has its own route. Before submitting, the author sees who will approve and in which order.
Versions and comparison
A new version is uploaded to the same card. The portal shows how it differs from the previous one.
Remarks
Approvers leave remarks and the author resolves them one by one. You can see what's fixed and what's left.
Three ways to sign
A qualified CAdES e‑signature, a simple signature confirmed with an app code, or a scan of the paper original.
Deputies and delegation
During holidays documents go to the deputy automatically. Approvers can delegate a document and add observers.
Sheet and registry
The result is captured in a PDF approval sheet with a QR code linking to the document. The searchable registry exports to CSV.
How it works
How a document gets approved
The author uploads it
PDF, DOCX, DOC, ODT or TXT up to 25 MB. They pick the document type and see the route.
Approvers are notified
In the portal and by email, in route order. A daily digest can replace individual emails.
Remarks and new versions
The author fixes the document, uploads a version and resolves the remarks. Every version is kept.
Signature and registry
The signer signs, the document gets its approval sheet and lands in the registry.
Who it helps
Value for every role
Sees where the document is
No walking between offices or calling around. Status and remarks on one card.
Approves from anywhere
From a phone, with a version comparison and a clear list of what changed.
Keeps the registry
Routes, document types, roles and signers are set up without a developer.
