Your whole company in one window
Tickets, approvals, calendars, documents, news and people. Instead of email threads, spreadsheets and calls to IT, staff open one tab and sign in without a password. Now with a local AI assistant too.
Why
Office work lives in a dozen places. The portal brings it into one
The usual way
- A request by email or phoneGets lost; nobody knows the status or deadline
- Contracts walk from desk to deskA week for signatures, versions get mixed up
- “Can someone send me accounting's number?”The Excel phone list is outdated the day it's sent
- PCs hum all nightPower is wasted and nobody has the numbers
IT-Portal
- A HelpDesk ticketNumber, agent, due date and the whole thread on one card
- An approval routeEveryone sees who has the document; the e‑signature goes on right in the portal
- A directory from Active DirectoryAlways current, searchable from the header of any page
- PC power accountingSee which PCs ran overnight and what it cost
Modules
See it in action
Pick a section. Access is role‑based: staff see their own items, team leads see their team's work.
- Teams and categoriesIT, facilities, HR, accounting: each team has its own categories, leads and agents. Categories can be renamed and moved.
- Kanban boardNew, in progress, done. Agents take tickets themselves; leads assign several agents and see what is stuck.
- Honest deadlinesThe requester sets a wished date. If the agent can't make it, they propose a new date with a reason, and the requester accepts or declines.
- Remote accessThe agent sees the requester's computers and opens a remote session through MeshCentral without asking for the PC name on the phone.
- Routes by document typeEach document type has its own route. Before submitting, the author sees who will approve and in which order.
- Versions and comparisonA new version is uploaded to the same card. The portal shows how it differs from the previous one.
- RemarksApprovers leave remarks and the author resolves them one by one. You can see what's fixed and what's left.
- Three ways to signA qualified CAdES e‑signature, a simple signature confirmed with an app code, or a scan of the paper original.
- Three kinds of calendarsCompany‑wide, personal, and a members calendar visible only to those invited.
- Sign‑ups with seat limitsStaff sign up with one click and can free their seat. When seats run out, sign‑up closes by itself.
- InvitationsThe calendar owner invites colleagues, who accept or decline right in the portal.
- Recurring eventsDaily, weekly or monthly. Create a stand‑up once.
- Preview in the browserPDF and office documents open right in the portal, without downloading or installing Office.
- Categories and searchPolicies, templates, HR documents. Search by title and description.
- Publishing rightsOnly appointed publishers can upload to the shared section. Everyone else reads.
- Personal archiveAn employee's folders, notes and files, visible only to them.
- Live statusOn, asleep or off: visible right on the home page.
- Wake and sleepOne button instead of Wake‑on‑LAN tools and favours from colleagues.
- Ready RDP fileA connection file with the right address downloads in one click.
- Finds your PC itselfThe portal picks the computer the employee used most over the last 30 days. An administrator can pin PCs by hand.
- Hourly accountingEvery hour the portal collects device power history and keeps daily totals forever, though the remote management server itself keeps only 10 days.
- Production calendarWorking and off hours account for public holidays and moved working days.
- Estimates in kWhDraw is estimated by hardware class: laptop, all‑in‑one, workstation. It's a model, not a meter reading.
- Virtual machines asideThe portal recognises virtual machines and doesn't count them as desktops.
A moderated feed
Staff propose posts; polls, attachments and spoken intros.
Directory and org chart
Divisions, departments, heads, phones and header search.
Personal space
Notes, links, reminders and quick access on the home page.
Answers without calling IT
Searchable help and short videos for every section.
An assistant that knows your policies and keeps them inside
A language model runs on your server next to the portal. It triages incoming tickets, answers staff from internal documents with a link to the clause and summarises long threads.
- No cloud. Ticket and document text never leaves your network.
- Rights‑aware. Answers only from documents the employee can already open.
- A person decides. The assistant suggests but never sends anything itself.
Security
In the office:no password.Outside:a code required.
The portal is installed in your infrastructure. Data, files and logs never leave it.
Password‑less sign‑in from a domain PC
The browser presents the domain ticket. On personal devices the password is checked over secure LDAPS.
A one‑time code from outside
Google Authenticator, Yandex ID, Microsoft Authenticator and backup codes if a phone is lost.
External staff without a domain account
Registration, email check, admin approval and a mandatory second factor.
Security events
Sign‑ins, failures and blocks with minimal personal data. CSV export.
Integrations
Becomes the center of the systems you already run
On the phone
A window that fits in your pocket
- No app to install, any browser
- Bottom navigation for your thumb
- Ticket tables turn into cards
- Dark theme follows the device
