Calendars

Available

Every company event in one calendar

Trainings, stand‑ups, birthdays and parties. Staff sign up for events themselves, and the organiser sees how many seats are left.

Features

What the module does

01

Three kinds of calendars

Company‑wide, personal, and a members calendar visible only to those invited.

02

Sign‑ups with seat limits

Staff sign up with one click and can free their seat. When seats run out, sign‑up closes by itself.

03

Invitations

The calendar owner invites colleagues, who accept or decline right in the portal.

04

Recurring events

Daily, weekly or monthly. Create a stand‑up once.

05

Colours

An event's colour is set automatically or by hand, and the author can change it later.

06

Notifications

Invitations and changes arrive in the portal's notification centre and by email.

How it works

How to run an event

  1. Create the event

Date, place, description, seat limit and a repeat if needed.

  2. Staff sign up

The event shows in the calendar and on the portal home page.

  3. Watch the seats

The organiser sees the attendee list and the seats left.

Questions

Common questions

Who can create events?

Calendars and events are created by staff with the calendar operator right, granted by an administrator. Everyone else signs up for events and accepts invitations.

Can I limit the number of attendees?

Yes. When seats run out, sign‑up is closed, and a freed seat opens again.

Does it sync with Outlook?

Not yet. Sync with Exchange and CalDAV calendars is on the roadmap.

Bring it all into one window

We'll show every module on a demo stand with sample data, walk you through the local AI pilot and talk through installing it in your infrastructure.
