Installation and infrastructure
Where does the portal run?
On your Linux server or virtual machine: Python, PostgreSQL and nginx. No cloud required.
What infrastructure is needed?
Active Directory for staff and sign‑in and a mail server for notifications. Remote support, My PC and power tracking need MeshCentral.
What does rollout look like?
Install on your network, connect the directory and mail, set up teams and routes, pilot with one department, then roll out company‑wide. Timing depends on your infrastructure.
How do updates ship?
In regular releases with semantic versions and a changelog that administrators see right in the portal.
Capabilities
Does it work on phones?
Yes, without a separate app: bottom navigation, ticket tables as cards and a dark theme. A mobile app with push notifications is on the roadmap.

The portal interface is in Russian today. An English interface is planned.
